Please make sure that the item you order is the item you want but if you are unhappy with any item purchased from Karen's Krome due to manufacturers flaw, please call and arrangements will be made for a refund, exchange or replacement.

Items that are regularly stocked may be returned in original packaging only and in the condition in which they were received.

You can help Karen's Krome keep prices low and make exchanges easier by doing the following:

 •Special orders cannot be returned unless damaged or flawed.
